30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, including being unwashed, unworn, and with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns unless defective:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Final sale items
• Candles that have been burned or used personal-care items
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@redrockoutlets.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return request. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges and Sizing
Because each product is made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and the original item is received in unused condition, we will issue a 20% discount code that can be applied toward a new purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on unwanted items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund eligible items at no cost to you.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
