Made-to-Order Production

All products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Production time: 2 to 5 business days

U.S. shipping after production: typically 2 to 8 business days

International shipping after production: typically 10 to 30 business days, depending on destination, customs, and local postal services

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier, product type, fulfillment location, and destination.

Large bulk orders or complex embroidery items may require 7 to 10 business days for production.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product category, weight, fulfillment location, and destination.

Because our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, shipping costs may vary by product type. Some items may ship separately when an order contains products from different categories or fulfillment partners.

Separate shipments may result in separate shipping charges. Fragile items such as candles and mugs may also ship separately to help ensure safe delivery.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order.

We do not currently offer free shipping thresholds.

Separate Shipments: When an order contains items from different categories (e.g., apparel and candles), each category will ship separately and incur its own shipping fee. Fragile items like candles, mugs, pillows and tote bags are packaged separately to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

We will email you a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

If a package is delayed or appears lost, email support@redrockoutlets.com with your order number and we will help investigate.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, address changes may not be possible.

Late or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors first. You should also contact the carrier for delivery details.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will help you review the tracking information and next steps.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by their country. These charges are not included at checkout.
