Red Rock Chaos is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you and to integrate with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners who produce and ship products on our behalf.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies linked within. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners selected based on product type and quality standards. Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on production workload and carrier conditions.
Orders are made to order and produced after purchase. Production and fulfillment may occur at facilities within the United States or internationally depending on product type and availability. We do not maintain physical retail inventory. All estimated delivery times include both production and shipping timeframes.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, designs, logos, and trademarks—is owned by Red Rock Chaos or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws.
