Welcome to Red Rock Chaos. Red Rock Chaos is our customer-facing brand and is operated through the Red Rock Outlets online store at redrockoutlets.com. We are an independent, owner-operated online business based in Citrus Heights, California. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Red Rock Chaos and Red Rock Outlets as the operator of this online store.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies linked within. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

  • All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. No order is accepted until payment is processed and you receive an order-confirmation email.
  • Review your order carefully before submitting it. Once accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
  • Purchases are for personal or household use only and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price in effect at checkout is the price that applies.
  • Posted prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are made to order and produced after purchase through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners selected based on product type and quality standards.
  • Red Rock Chaos currently ships within the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Standard production time is typically 2–5 business days. Large orders, complex items, and embroidered products may require up to 7–10 business days for production.
  • After production is complete, U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 2–8 business days. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions, destination, weather, holidays, production workload, and other circumstances outside our control.
  • Some orders may be fulfilled or shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on the products ordered. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
  • Please review our Shipping Policy for complete shipping, tracking, delivery, and address information.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Red Rock Chaos or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer service, processing returns, or resolving disputes related to purchases made from our store. Sales made through redrockoutlets.com are between you and Red Rock Chaos through the Red Rock Outlets online store. Questions regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service should be directed to Red Rock Chaos using the contact information provided on our website.
